De Riz winery was born from an idea of grandfather Carlo, whom with passion inherited the love for nature and viticulture to his grandson Luca, since he was a teenager. Excited for the work and area, the family restored all the structure in 2009 with all new technologies needed to produce wines of great quality. The winery situated in San Pietro di Feletto has around 16 hectares, mainly in the DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene area. The production is around 90% Prosecco Superiore Conegliano Valdobbiadene but we offer also an other range of wines. Our slogan is "amore per la natura, passione per il prosecco" (love for nature, such as for Prosecco): Luca would like to preserve the ecosystem and pay attention how to manage the vineyards and in all wine making process in respect of the land and people.

Unique is Col de Luna, the place where our company is located, unique are the techniques that are used here such as the night harvest, which exploiting the cooler temperatures of the night slows down the fermentation process of the freshly harvested grapes, preserving their aromas and fragrances.

The tasting at our company includes 3 glasses of Conegliano Valdobbiadene BIO Prosecco accompanied by exclusively selected local products.
A professional will guide you in the fascinating food and wine world of the Veneto, telling you about the organoleptic characteristics of the wine.

The tasting will be held outdoors in the garden or on the veranda according to the weather.

You’ll be introduced to the Prosecco world; you’ll learn about specific traits of the different blends of Prosecco, its history, culture and characteristics of the territory you will be visiting.
Naturally, you’ll get to taste the wines alongside a selection of seasonal delicacies from the area.

Learn the secret of typical regional cuisine with an hands-on cooking class in Treviso. Discover how to prepare delicious local recipes with a friendly local chef. Taste the fruits of your labor in a convivial atmosphere.
You will start the lesson preparing the dough for lasagna, then you will roll it out and fill the dressing before the baking. Then, learn how to prepare the dough for ravioli (dumplings composed of a filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough) and tortellini with their condiments.
Once the work is completed, you will enjoy the meal and the dishes tasting with the chef. You will also learn to combine the local recipes with fine Italian wine, which of course you will taste. After the lesson, you will receive a paper with all the recipes prepared with the chef
