Preparing the perfect aperitivo is an art; you will learn how to prepare a selection of 
five elegant nibbles to pair with with a
refreshing glass of fizz, ideal for sharing with friends in the early evening. Your aperitivo will be a
bite-size representation of its local culture, using typical regional ingredients and local wines, such as a sparkling prosecco or a light red.

With a specilized italian sommelier, you will enjoy a walking tour in Bassano, from the most famous landmark, the Ponte Vecchio (in English, the “old bridge”), a wooden bridge designed by famous Italian architect Andrea Palladio in 1569 that crosses the mighty Brenta River.

Your guide will share the culinary secrets discovering how to make the pasta according to the tradition passed down for generations, from the dough to the perfect sauce (homemade “gnocchi di patate (potato dumplings)” or “Tagliatelle”). We will then reach a characteristic restaurant where we will taste typical dishes.

After lunch, led by our nature guide, we will reach the foot of San Boldo Pass, built during the Great War. Here we will visit Tovena whose narrow streets are dotted with dozens of angels painted by local artists.

We will then arrive in Cison di Valmarino where during an enchanting walk we will observe old washhouses, fountains, canals and ancient mills.
