Reykjavík Museum of Photography - Capturing the moment then and now. Tucked away on the 6th floor of the City Library, Reykjavík’s specialist photography museum is a quiet corner dedicated to the still image. The exhibition space hosts a changing programme of individual exhibitions – from emerging talent to international names or historical selections from the archives. The entrance display and staircase gallery also provide a small platform for newer work and images from Reykjavík’s past. The museum shop offers books, posters and a range of postcards, featuring images from our exhibitions and archives. Welcome!
