My fiancé is from Manchester but hasn't lived there for 30 years,he's a big Utd fan but hasn't been to Old Trafford since he was a child so I booked the tour as a Valentine's present for him.He loved it,we both did,the tour guide was great and we were allowed to take lots of pics.Would highly recommend,just a shame the Megastore is so expensive.

Fun experience. Great guide. So good to hear about the support Man U give to disability groups and charities. And of course seeing the hallowed ground and museum was wonderful. And last but not least - being able to get a shirt in the right size and have name/number of choice printed on it while waiting was a bonus!

The only problem was the voucher said you can visit anytime as the tour is scheduled every half an hour however when I reached the desk for collection of tickets they said I should have confirmed the timings with them being very busy. So I had to wait for almost 3 hours for my tour which was bit frustrating however the tour was worth every penny. So I would strongly recommend to confirm the timings with the old trafford staff for the stadium tour.

This tour was great! Brilliant stadium and the tour guide knew his stuff! The only reason why I didnt give this tour 5 stars is because I felt very rushed. Not much time to take photos and the guide was rushing around walking fast trying to hurry up and get us out.

The tour was great but booking through Viator was a huge mistake! The cost was higher than booking directly with Manchester United and I was left with the responsibility of phoning Old Trafford to book my time slot for the tour - the phone lines were so busy that this took all day and if I'd booked directly with Manchester United in the first place the time slot choice would have simply been one click as part of the booking. My advice is make sure you are booking directly with Manchester United!!
