    At the airport Transfer Kiosk they couldn’t find my reservation, but finally they found it. All personal was nice. I waited for my taxi, and at the end of my trip, Finally I was left with my two luggage in the middle of a hidden street to walk to my hotel that was miles away. No taxis around the area, but a Good Samaritan couple got a taxi for me and I was able tho get to the hotel after three hour on the street. I don’t know if the personal from the Taxis at the airport didn’t give him the right address or he was and lazy unconsidered driver that left a 70 old lady at her own luck in and unknown city. I don’t think I need to paid for this service. I always have received a very good service from your company. I have to tell you, that was the worst day of my travels experience.

    This company is a scam. They put passengers in public airport bus which costs 3$ and drop you in Taksim Square and leave you with your suitcases. No hotel transfer. So, you end up paying for a taxi yourself, if you don't have any cash you would be in trouble, as I was! Don't book this transfer.

    it is really good service for such a long distance. In US, that equals a service like $200+. it is a business MB van that he drove over one hour to the hotel!

    At the airport, I got shuffled through about three different companies. I do not know who the people or the company is in the info sent to me. Finally, the man who was driving the van got very lost and could not find my major hotel or other people’s. He went down a one way street and had to back out at one time and there was a sign. He drove around lost for about an hour. Then he could not figure out how to drive down the hotel’s street. He parked at the end and carried my luggage, none too happy about it while double parking and horns honking, to the hotel porters. It is for a group tour so none of the categories below are suitable. But I had to choose one.
