City tour; In a few hours we will show you by car the highlights of the city of Amsterdam. Of course, we’ll start by driving through the famous Canal Belt, added as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2010. Countryside Tour; After this, we will continue and show you another UNESCO World Heritage site, a typical Dutch polder called "the Beemster" which was the first ever reclaimed polder in the country. During a stroll over the ring dyke you have a perfect view of the extraordinary structure of the polder and the enormous difference in water level with the surrounding area.

This private tour shows you the typical Dutch countryside of polders and small canals on the way to the ' Zaanse Schans', a well-known spot on the Zaan River with historical windmills. We will be visiting a wooden shoe/clog factory. The next stop are the world-famous fishing villages of Volendam, on the coast of the former Zuiderzee (now called IJsselmeer). With its typical green wooden houses and locals dressed in their traditional costumes. We will also make a visit to one of the very few cheese farms left, where cheese still made in the traditional way for many centuries. The tour is 5 hrs long.
