We'll meet at CIBO at 8:30 and take a historic tour on route to the Bologna Middle Market with the Chef where you'll decide what to buy and cook. We’ll then visit the Vinegary La Cà dal Non in Vignola (Modena) where Mariangela and her family will lead you to the discovery of the fascinating world of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena aged over 12 and 25 years. The tour will unlock the “secrets” of the production of this famous vinegar: you’ll walk in the ancient lofts where Vinegar ages for many and many years and you’ll be guided through the tasting and if you like you can shop them (wholesale price). After the visit we will be preparing a delicious Lunch using Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Saba and the BALSAMOSaba sweet and sour condiment as main thread. We’ll be back in Bologna at around 6pm.

This is a private tour dedicated to couples, families, or small groups of friends. The tour can be personalized in all details.The tour leader is a friendly person who loves meeting people from all over the world and spending time with them like friends.
Visits will be inside real local factories producing cheese, balsamic, and wine, in case the places are unavailable on the date of tours, they will be replaced by similar ones in Modena.

During this private Motor Valley day trip, visit three motor museums: Ferrari, Lamborghini and Ducati. Enter the factory to see the production line (Ducati) and enjoy the test drive of a Ferrari on the road (optional).

The tour includes a private vehicle pick-up at the hotel (or train station), as well as a private guide during the day.

This is a private tour, you will not be part of a group (except for the factory tour that is done in small groups). Please note that in case you choose the Ferrari test drive, it will be for one person regardless of the number of participants.

Your English-speaking driver will pick you up at your hotel and in about 45 minutes you will arrive in Sant’ Agata Bolognese where you will have the opportunity to visit the Lamborghini Factory and the Museum.

From here you will then get back in the definitely slower but comfortable Mercedes car and reach a nice restaurant where you will enjoy a nice lunch.

A 40 minute drive will then take you to Maranello, the heart of the Ferrari Empire where you will proceed visiting the famous Museo Ferrari where you will admire an incredible collection of Ferrari, Formula 1 cars, and other special unique supercars.

At the end of the tour your driver will drop you off at your final destination in Bologna.
