A half-day tour includes a sightseeing in the picturesque town of Cavtat, the administrative center of Konavle region. The petite coastal gem cherishes a rich history which includes a period as an established Roman colony, while today it represents a charming, peaceful alternative to the often crowded Dubrovnik.
After the sightseeing you'll attend a cooking class in the restaurant Galija in Cavtat. Hosted by the owner Mislav, you'll prepare 2-3 course meal, sipping vine and having fun.  The owner speaks English fluently, and in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere you'll get your cooking diploma - the permanent reminder of a time spent in Cavtat.  

Following the old Napoleonic route into the rocky hills north of Dubrovnik, you will arrive to the botanical garden of Trsteno and make a stop to the tiny village of Majkovi. Our hosts in Majkovi will begin preparing it for you in the morning; fresh goat cheese, vegetables from the garden and homemade dressing for salad, young goat or lamb selected for this occasion and slow cooked all day under a large iron bell, or 'Peka'.
