The residence is south of Florence, 2.5 km from the fashion label outlets in Leccio di Reggello, and 25 km from the centre of Florence. It is located in the countryside, surrounded by hills, vineyards and olive groves. Incisa Val D' Arno is about 3 km away. Peretola Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 35 km and Galileo Galilei Airport about 90 km. The country house is in a 16th-century Tuscan hamlet. With 14 guest rooms, it has a reception, a TV room, a café, a bar and a restaurant. Further facilities include a hotel safe, wireless Internet access and room and laundry services. The property is air-conditioned. The rooms are all variously furnished but all have the same atmosphere typical of Tuscany, thanks to the terracotta floors, wrought iron double or king-size beds and solid wood furniture. Surrounded by stunning Val d'Arno olive groves and vineyards, Il Burchio offers the perfect setting for a relaxing Tuscan holiday. Sit back in the hydromassage area of the pool while you take in the scenery. Get riding lessons on site or go trekking into the countryside. Enjoy Tenuta Il Burchio's traditional décor and wrought-iron furniture. You can still see lovely old fireplaces inside and many of the spacious rooms come with wooden-beam ceilings. All have charming country views and come with satellite television. Tenuta Il Burchio has a reception, a TV room, a bar and a restaurant which serves the finest Chianti wines and classic Tuscan dishes. Enjoy a buffet breakfast served from 08:00 to 10:00 on the outdoor terrace in summer. Trips and tours can be booked at Il Burchio's reception and the hotel is well-placed for visiting the area's most famous sites, with Florence just 30 minutes' drive away.
