The Mazzini Room is a family quadruple room consisting of two double rooms both with private entrance. The rooms each have a private bathroom with shower and bidet: one inside and one outside for exclusive use. It is a room suitable to accommodate families or groups of friends up to a maximum of 4 people. The rooms have the following facilities: flat screen TV, air conditioning, free wifi, minibar (extra charge), desk and large balcony with city view.
The rooms communicate through a large balcony from which you can admire Piazza Mazzini, Piazza S. Francesco d'Assisi with the magnificent church of the same name on which stands the monument of Cardinal Dusmet and it is also possible to admire the dome of the majestic Collegiate church dating back to the second half of the 19th century. Restaurant: Palazzo Bruca ensures guests including food and wine experiences of the typical cuisine of Catania at discounted rates by partnering with some of the best restaurants in the historic center.

Outside: Just 15 minutes walk to Villa Bellini: a majestic green space full of plants of various species and games for children. In front of the main entrance of the Villa there are the oldest and best known pastry shops of Catania where you can taste oranges, cannoli, granite and all sorts of Sicilian delights. A few steps from the property you can visit the Baroque area of Catania known for the famous Via crociferi and the main street of Catania, Via Etnea where you can go shopping surrounded by the architecture of the old town. The b & b is a few minutes walk from the Greek Theatre and the Monastery San Nicolò l'Arena; the Benedictine complex among the largest in Europe heritage of humanity and the hospital Vittorio Emanuele. By Crociferi street you get, finally, to the house of Vincenzo Bellini and a little further to the house of G. verga. Upon your arrival you will always find the maximum availability from our multilingual staff and all the information you need to discover the city, culture, gastronomy and places of great artistic and social interest. If you want to arrive after 8 pm we ask you to let us know as soon as possible.
Some of the staff will come to welcome you. We also ask you to call us at least 15 minutes before arrival.
Please note that there is an additional charge for check-in from 8 pm to 10 pm the additional cost is 10€. From 10 pm to midnight 20€.
After midnight the reception will be closed.
Additional charges will be applied to each room and will be paid in cash only
Any other extra payment (tourist tax, parking) will be paid in cash.
*Transfer service* We can arrange the shuttle service from/to the airport. The airport is connected to the city centre by the shuttle bus *ALIBUS*. The nearest stop to our B&B is *ARCHI* and is just after the Archi della Marina.
*Etna Tour* Booking of various tours on the highest volcano in Europe, led by expert guides, lasting half a day or full day, starting at €45 p/p.
*Private parking* Private parking available on request at the daily cost of €10 (equivalent to the daily rate when parking on the street).
The parking is accessible from 8 until 20, guests who wish to move their vehicle after the closing time will be provided with remote control on deposit of €20 which will be returned at check out. The deposit will be retained in case of loss or non-return of the same. Service subject to availability on arrival.
*Minibar* The minibar is supplied full on the day of arrival (10 bottles of water of 0.50 cl each and 5 soft drinks). In case of a deficiency please inform us. The cost of the drinks is € 0.50 for the water and € 1.00 for the other drinks and will be charged to the final bill of the room. Payment for the minibar will only be in cash.
City tax 2 euro per person per night excluding children up to 16 years. Remarks: Rates do not include any local city tax and resort fee that must be paid by the final customer on-site directly to the hotel. Bedding preferences are not guaranteed and are subject to supplier availability.
