Pearse Lyons Whiskey Distillery: Interactive Tour and Tasting

 

While whiskey is only part of our story, it's a big part of your experience at Pearse Lyons Distillery. This 1-hour guided tour, hosted by local storytellers, will walk you through the life of the former St. James Church and how it came to be Pearse Lyons Distillery. Our storytellers will regale you with intriguing tales dating back to the 12th Century before you enter the distillery to smell, touch and taste each step of the whiskey distilling process. Guests can interact with our distillers and see firsthand how to produce some of the finest Irish Whiskey. Each tour is followed by a tasting experience, which includes three Irish Whiskeys and our handcrafted Irish gin. Our distillery tours are small in size and in keeping with our boutique nature, so you can enjoy a more personal experience.
