After confirming everything twice, hey still sent the driver to the wrong cruise terminal. I called him after we had been waiting for almost 30 mins and he confirmed he was in terminal 3 instead of 2. When he did turn up to collect 6 adults...he could not it us and the luggage in the car...so 3 people and the luggage went with him and the other three people had to get a normal taxi. Given we had 4 adults age 80+ this was not ideal and the main reason behind us pre booking a transfer in the first place. I would definately NOT rcommend this company.
