In the Afternoon get set for an exhilarating trip to the Abu DhabiDesert. After an exciting drive over the sand dunes, we will visit a camel farm and watch the golden sunset from the dunes. Our journey will continue until we reach a traditional Arabic camp. There, you will have the opportunity to try a host of activities like henna painting, belly dancing, Shisha, Arabic sweet tasting, significant to Bedouin culture. After sunset, a BBQ dinner will be served under the starlit sky, with live entertainment to ensure you have a night to remember. You will also be treated to traditional Arabic hospitality, with Arabic coffee and dates served as they have been for centuries, and continue to be served in Emirati homes today.

    This trip was excellent value for money, we were a party of 4 adults and our son who was 15, the 5 of us were picked up from our hotel on Yas Island in a nice well kept air conditioned 4x4 jeep and taken to the sand Dunes in the desert where we met some other parties in 4x4s. We all set off together following at first then zig zagging across the sand dunes up and down and side ways AMAZING wow sand flying all over. We had a couple of stops to take in the views and the sun setting lovely.
    We arrived at the Bedouin camp got drinks hot and cold, did some sand surfing,camel rides and quad rides , then we had the buffet BBQ this was so tasty everything was cooked lovely. After the BBQ there was Belly dancing be prepared to join in great fun.
    There was a lady doing henna tattoos, you could dress up in traditional dress, sit have a drink and a puff on the shisha pipe.
    After all this you are driven back to your hotel by your driver, We all thourghly enjoyed this trip and would defiantly recommend it to you.

    Again viator did it again, we were picked up on time, driver was good and expert driver on the dunes. The buffet was excellent. My family had a great time.

    Know that the dune-busting is not for the faint of heart. It's comparable to a roller coaster.

    Tour included 10 minutes up close at camel farm to take pics. Next was dune-busting: very fun, very thrilling. Next was the camp, which included different stations: camel ride, 10-minute ATV rides for 50 dinar, sandboarding, henna, shisha, dressing up in local garb for photos, souvenir shop, belly dancing show, unlimited sodas and water, alcohol for purchase, and a buffet dinner. Dinner was good. Fill-up on your first trip, as it went fast.

    What would I change? I would have liked having the camel ride person available for taking pics. If your companions are up there with you, no one around to take a pic, and the gentleman didn't seem interested in helping us.

    Well worth the money, the 4x4 dune bash not for the faint hearted though, but fab!!, would definitely go again.

    Very good experience,dune bashing was do much fun and rest of tour is commercial but takes great pics,Bbq dinner very good buffet a lot of choices,henne,camel ride is for the experience only 2minutes,sking dune was fun,dressing up for pictures also fun,meet resly nice people tourists as well as drivers,rhey are good!

    Our driver barely spoke to us so not a great start. The dune bashing was very fun and at the 'desert' camp the food and entertainment were decent, we enjoyed the sand boarding. But HATED the tacky dance music being blasted out at the end and felt terrible for the poor falcon right next to speaker! Awful!
