Teddy Bear Museum, Pattaya was officially opened on October 5, 2013 and was the idea of Mr. Kim Hyun Chol  who was also part of the Teddy Bear Island experience in South Korea. After visiting Thailand many times he decided Pattaya would be an ideal site for their next attraction bringing smiles to children and adults around the world.
