Ascend about 6,500 feet (2,000 meters) above sea level on this 9-hour, private-guided hike into the Sierra de Tejeda mountains. Led by a professional geographer, enjoy views of the Mediterranean Coast (sometimes all the way to Morocco), and learn about how snow and ice were once harvested from higher elevations and taken to nearby villages for refrigeration long before modern refrigerators existed.
