  • All regular tickets are guarantee together minimum in pairs. Seats together (side by side, one above the other, or diagonal, etc) We do not guarantee odd numbers together.

  • No away team colors will be allowed
  • Please note: Match date fixtures and kick off times are subject to change but will take place on the Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday of the scheduled weekend and on the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of the scheduled weekday. There are no refunds should you choose to cancel. It is recommend to book flights and accommodation options accordingly. Further details of where to check the definitive fixture date and time will be provided on the voucher
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check the exact date and time of the game, the official Spanish Football League website
  • QR tickets will be sent by email as soon as possible on the match week. For the QR tickets please write on the browser of your mobile the above urls (one per person) and download the match ticket/s on your mobile phone.

    DO NOT GO…. Absolutely awful experience! We knew there was a degree of building work going on but had no idea the extent!!! We had to walk around a very busy road to gain access and when we did we were so disappointed!! Literally walking through a building site! We got to see the trophies and history of the club and we were allowed to sit in a small section of seating which looked over the major reconstruction work of the club! Not a pitch in sight but lorries moving around, cranes and a pitch full of workmen! No changing rooms or press room or baths etc… in all, tour took max 15 minutes and that includes sitting for 5 minutes!! How this club is allowed to offer tours I don’t know, complete rip-off!! This would not be allowed in the UK due to H&S concerns!!

    The main reason I purchased tickets through Viator for this game is because in the important info description of this event it clearly states Guaranteed seats together . My husband, myself and my two children had to split up. We had two seats together in one section, two seats in a completely different section that werent together different rows. So, basically two of us sat together while the other two had to sit alone. This is not what I paid for...I could have purchased tickets on my own and got these seats or better and for less. I was willing to pay a bit extra for the peace of mind that we would sit together. I feel like this is false advertising. If you cant guarantee seats will be togetherdont state you can.

    Had great seats I know we paid over the price for them and difficulty in finding the place we needed to pick the tickets up, when we did find it the women didn't have our tickets but emailed the pair to us. At the stadium was fab experience and they won.

    When in Madrid and there is a football game on at such a well known venue, Santiago Bernabeau, it's a must see for us. Not cheap but it cost a lot to get here and who knows if we'll return so it was a no brainer. We got the public train to the stadium. The station is just across the road. We were told it was a quiet night, thank heavens, as the roars and chants were deafening great atmosphere. Even if you're not a footy fan I think you'll get wrapped up in the moment.

    N’étant pas du tout amateur de football et n’ayant jamais vu un match professionnel de haut niveau,d’être à Madrid pour la visite des musées et monuments,j’ai pensé me rendre au stade et aller voir jouer le Real Madrid (plus grande équipe du monde) et je n’ai pas été déçu par cette ambiance incroyable et bon enfant.

    Simplesmente maravilhoso! ambiente seguro, de fácil acesso por metro, banheiros e demais instalações impecáveis, público civilizado. E tem a partida que sempre impressiona pela qualidade dos jogos. Imperdível!

    Assistir uma partida no estádio Santiago Bernabeau é uma experiência muito interessante. Ver de perto a forma como os torcedores do Real Madrid veneram o seu time. Dá para sentir a emoção dos espanhois.
