Authentic Christmas in Madrid

 

We will discover Madrid following the Christmas Light Walk, this is the way Madrilenos do it, walking along the best-illuminated streets and avenues, visiting Nativity Scenes - elaborate re-creations of the scene of Jesus’ birth. On the way, we'll get lost in a Christmas market where you have the chance to buy your own Belén! Buying a Christmas Lottery ticket, El Gordo or Loteria de Navidad ( before 21st of Dec.) it's a must-have in Madrid, this is one of the most expected moments during the Christmas period.
We'll continue our discovery with a tasting of typical Christmas Sweets in artisanal pastelleria: Turrón, Mazapán, Roscón de Reyes and an unforgettable chocolate con churros, and buying sweet souvenirs.
The evening will end up with tapas and a flamenco show in one of the most iconic places in town.
