Once we received your bookings, we verify them and if are ok we will confirm it or request further info if needed.
On arrivals :
• a) For shuttle services, clients have to go to our office as per voucher attached where our reps will validate its voucher/booking and will go with them till its vehicle.
On departures:
• a) For shuttle services, 48 hours before departing clients have to reconfirm its pick up time and point, they have 3 different options (detailed on voucher attached):
• They can check it on hotel information board, as we send this information by mail to all hotels where our clients have costumers.
• They can call us.
• Or they can check it on our reconfirmation website, just introducing your booking reference.
