Private classes of authentic valencian paella

 

We teach you how to make an authentic Valencian paella, in a cozy and pleasant environment. While you have a glass of Spanish wine, our paella master will discover all the secrets of paella and teach you how to cook it as it was done in the 15th century. After a small appetizer, we will eat the cooked paella and finish with an exquisite sweet wine from Alicante. The duration of the activity is between two and two and a half hours, including the time of preparation and tasting of rice.
