What a great night!!
Opium club is really cool and I loved the fact that we got free Entry and we also skipped the long line outside! Furthermore I met a lot of people from different part of the world and we had an awesome night together! I have to say that our guides, especially Laura, were so friendly and cheerful!

We cant really review this tour as when we got to the first meeting place we were told that we needed our ID which we had left back at the room. So by the time we went back and returned the group had left because it took us quite a while to do that. We were disappointed we missed the tour because everyone seemed nice and friendly but it was our fault for not remembering our ID s.

Good,but....

When we first arrived ay the meeting point, it was unclear who we were meeting. We had to ask around. Once we found our guide, she told us to go to a table in the basement and she'd come to us when the tour started. It took about 45 min, then she said we were at the first location and should relax, eat one of the tapas choice and drink. The bar was having open mic night. It was nice. This bar was British. Everyone speaks English and Spanish in Barcelona.

We finally moved on to the next location... it was fun. Really good drinks. We only got an hour there. Each of the 4 bars gave us a shot for free. There was no food at any of the bars except the first one. If you're hungry-eat something there.

One of the bars we went to was awful. There was no seating, it was tiny, dirty and it was in a drug-heavy location. A few of the attendees and the even the guide participated in that stuff.

The group was definitely young.... my friends are over 40 and everyone else was in their 20s, very drunk, very loud, getting in arguments, etc...

The club was nice. Very, very large and super crowded. There are a couple of different rooms with other genres of music.

Tips:

-Bring money for drinks if you want more than the few they give as part of the package.

-Wear shoes you don't care about because you will definitely be in some dirty alleys as you're walking to the bars. Many streets had poop on them as well as urine.

-Keep your money or valuables inside your clothes. There are lots of pickpocketers and 2 people are robbed during my bar- hopping experience.

It was fun going to the different bars and the group that we had was great, we had a blast. The guide on other hand was useless. He actually left us at the final bar and only said bye to 1 person. We had no idea where we were or how to get home.

There was a fight on the train and he was yelling something at the girl and when we got off the train a fight broke out. 2 of the guys in the group were pick pocketed and had everything stolen. Later at the last bar, after we got ditched by our guide, we were on the beach and low and behold, there was the crazy chick that started the fight. After getting back to our hotel, the crazy girl was there also. It was our opinion that the guide may have been in on it.

There was only 5 of us and pretty boring, Madrid pub crawl was more fun. Anyways, I got my money refunded so no complains on this.

If I could give this tour 0 stars I would. One the day of the tour, it was raining, so there was lots of traffic. When I could tell I was going to be few minutes late, I tried to call the number to let the tour guide know I was going to to be about 5 min late. However, no one answered the phone. I should up outside the pub 4 minutes late, but there was not tour group. I walked around the bar, asking everyone inside if they were there as part of the tour, which no one was, and no one has seen anyone from a tour group in front of or inside the bar. After 15 minutes of walking around inside and outside the bar, I gave up.
