Hiking and Swimming in Gerês National Park

 

In this experience, we will take you for a small hike in the heart of Gerês National Park, the only National Park in Portugal and one of the oldest in all Europe.

The Park is situated 100 Km north from Porto which will take around 1 hour and half by car to get there giving you the chance to have a little sightseeing on the way there.

Once in the park, we will have a small hike in the heart of the park until 10 amazing glacial pools where you can have a swim and few jumps into the water and enjoy the amazing landscapes of this amazing park.

After the hike and the amazing time in the pools, which should be finish around 4:00 PM, we will return to Porto, but before we will be stopping in a local and typical bar for few drinks and relax a bit more just before the drive back to Porto
