Sintra village of beautiful cobbled streets and traditional sweets, all around the Gothic style of the National Palace of Sintra. The Palace of Pena, exponent maximum of the Romanticism of century XIX in Portugal, with architectonic references of Manueline and Moorish influence.

Cascais was once an elegant summer retreat of the Portuguese monarchy during the 19th century and a haven for European royalty during World War II. The peculiar atmosphere has changed, but the splendor and the icons have remained until our days.
