When you book with us, you may be assured of top quality service and attention to the smallest detail, which includes, among others, the online consultation of the current flight status, so that your driver, dully identified, is at the right place at the right time waiting for you. 

Let us know if you are late to an appointment: our professional drivers will find the fastest and safest way to arrive on time and safely to your destination, avoiding city traffic or other inconveniences. 

For an Airport pick up, your rate also includes flight tracking and a 45-minute waiting time calculated from the time your flight arrives. For non-airport pick-ups, we allow 15 minutes waiting time calculated from the scheduled pick up time.

As a general rule, passengers are allowed to take one suitcase and one personal item with them onto our vehicles. As such, there are certain size and weight restrictions to ensure each passenger's belongings can fit in the trunk. Personal items usually include a handbag, briefcase or laptop bag that can fit easily or can be carried by the passenger. If you travel with extra or excess luggage, please informe us before taking the trip, so that we can provide the necessary logistic resources from the baggage hall to the check in counter or point of destination (extra fees may be included).

Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking (extra fees may be included).

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 12 hours of travel. In this case confirmation will be received as soon as possible, subject to availability

  • The duration of transfers are approximate (it will depend on the time and traffic conditions of the pick-up day);
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

    I was happy with this company I booked my transfer. My flight was a bit delayed from Boston to Lisbon, but the most crucial problem was passport control that took 2 hours to go through. The driver waited for one hour and left. By the time I cleared passport control the driver was not there. I sent him message and in 5 minutes he was at the airport and was able to pick me up and take me to the place of my rented apartment in Lisbon. Nelson, the driver I who helped me was very polite, easy going person. Absolutely great experience. Thank you

    As soon as we entered the meeting area, the transfer representative was waiting there with our name. When we returned to the airport our driver was in front of our hotel waiting for us at least 15 minutes early. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Both our chauffeurs were superb! I forgot the name of the one that picked us up at the airport we had a long flight... about 13 hours - he was great! To us, he was our welcome to Lisbon committee and he did a marvelous job in driving safely, giving us a little history of the city, and just conversing with our family like we're old friends. Nuno was the one that drove us back to the airport, he was also exceptional!!! He was on time, courteous, and knew how to make us all feel comfortable driving at 3 am to the airport. I highly recommend this company to be everyone's choice for round-trip airport/hotel service in Lisbon.

    `the driver and ride were excellent. `right on tome and a nice short drive to the `Marriott. However, there seemed to be considerable confusion with the entire process. After `I conformed the reservation and paid the quoted price, the next day I got an email saying I owed another 6 Euros. I reluctantly paid it and received an email saying the system had charged me the wrong amount initially. In addition, we took the driver who had my name displayed at the `Lisbon Airport and he was excellent. `However, after arriving at the `Marriott, I received several emails saying my driver was waiting for us at the airport and since we didn't show up after he had waited an hour, he was leaving and we would not receive a refund. `I do not want a refund but `I do not want to be double charged. Someone messed up on your end and sent two different drivers.

    Overall the service was good and the drivers polite but upon arriving at the airport the driver was not there and we had to call him . He was late as he couldn’t find a parking space. The return driver was on time.

    Even though our flight arrived on time, the process of passing through customs in the Lisbon aiport was painful. It took us more than an hour to just get through. When we came out, we did not see anyone. When I called the company they told me they only wait for an hour which they did after which they leave. It was not a pleasant way to start the trip. They did send another driver right away but we had to pay extra 15Euros for this repeat service. Getting past that, the driver was good and the car was in top shape. On our return, the car picked us up on time from the hotel.
    All in all, the service was good, I would however advise passengers to ask the company to send a driver at least half an hour after the arrival time so that they don't leave.

    The local operator Toptour should know that coming out of Lisbon airport could take 1 1/2 to 2 hours due to long line ups at the immigration and long time to claim baggage. In our case the plane landed on time at 11:00am and were out of the airport at 1pm. But alas the driver who’s suppose to pick us up was nowhere to be found and after calling the tour operator twice we were told that it is considered a “no show” as driver waited for 1 hour from arrival time. This is very inconsiderate and lack of knowledge and experience of airport arrival process. To sum it up “terrible service “ and would never recommend this operator. We have been to many similar situations as frequent travelers but the drivers always waited for us!

    We had a bad experience with the transport. Yes we were picked up on time to go to our Inn. But our driver just dropped us off a distance from the Inn with all our luggage and we had to walked uphill dragging our luggage in the cobblestone streets looking for the Inn ourselves. He told us that he was not allowed to get in there.The top tour knew where we were going so I don’t understand why they won’t make any arrangement for them to get in that area. I booked round trip transport and paid for it but I had to cancel the transport back to the airport coz I know we had to drag again all our luggage somewhere to meet them since they couldn’t get in that area. I had to book another transport that could picked us in front of the door of the Inn.So I just waisted my money and don’t know if they will refund it.

    We waited for over 45 minutes at the arrivals hall. We asked around and looked for our names for transfers - to no avail. I had a missed call (presumably from our driver) but when I asked, I was advised that it was not a number from Portugal. We ended up taking a taxi. This is the second time we used Toptour, the first time we waited for an hour and now we ended up not taking the ride at all. Very unhappy.
