This tour provides a perfect introduction to the city. It explores the main highlights and stories - from Warsaw's very beginning in the Middle Ages, through the centuries when it was the capital of the largest country in Europe, total destruction during the second world war, soviet occupation and communism, to contemporary changes.
The tour goes every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 10 am. You will meet your guide at the king Sigismund`s column, Castle square. Distance walked will be about 4 kilometers and it will take 3 hours.
We guarantee to run only small groups with a maximum of 15. We like talking to and with people rather than at them. I think that from your point of view, it’s also a much better and more enjoyable, intimate experience.
