  • Please note, that the maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Auschwitz Museum & Memorial can not exceed dimensions: 30x20x10cm.
  • A maximum of 15 people per booking.
  • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required.
  • Two days before the tour we will send you exact pick up time from your location.
  • Since now, for all bookings made for 2020 for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museu.
  • Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.

    You can’t come to Poland without visiting Auschwitz and Benkau. I would absolutely recommend you do this tour with a guide as they are a fountain of knowledge on the history of these horrendous camps, the detail they go into while you are on the tour gives you a better understanding of what there poor people went through and also highlights their true strength at the hands of a merciless monster.

    Hat a dad and emotional day I woood recommend going here to temper all the lost souls. Taxi driver picked us up on time was friendly and let us know what to expect through the day. Tour guide was amazing very clear and knew her history this day trip was amazing

    Picked up on time in a very comfortable minibus. They played a film on the way to Auschwitz-Birkenau that was graphic in its content, however it's only what was happening there at the time. The guide was very professional and the information she provided was extensive and sometimes personal to her. She had relatives that were there and she knew survivors from the camps. We went in March and it was quite cold, so i would advise wrapping up in warm clothes and wearing comfortable shoes as there is a great deal of walking. This was a very humbling experience but the tour company were fantastic. Also the packed lunch is advisable as it's a long day and big queue for the small cafe there, with not much time between the camp tours.

    Used viator company..great priceand picked us up from hotel..very professional company 1 hour to Auschwitz.. Tour guide very knowledgeable and place was very sad but I learnt alot So glad I went

    This tour is a must if your ever in Poland, an emotional but informative and very interesting tour, our guide was very knowledgeable and kind, she made the tour feel like a story which was very immersive and impressive, the camps themselves were spectacular and great to walk around with your tour guide, soaking in the history. Our driver Patrick was great, friendly and even arranged for another driver who was also so kind and friendly to pick us up at a point to get back to main square as me and my partner weren’t going to the salt mine. Very well organised, we highly recommend! P.s the lunch was very tasty and great value!

    Overall a very good experience! The guided tour was fantastic at Auschwitz-Birkenau, the guide was super knowledgeable, and both myself and my partner left packed with knowledge on the camp! Hotel pickup was on time and prompt, communication with the tour operator/driver was fantastic! My only criticism would be that it would have been nice to have more conversation with the driver, to put everyone on the mini bus at ease, the journey from Krakow-Auschwitz felt very awkward. Besides that, I would definitely book again!

    Our private driver, Paweł, was very friendly & helpful as he text prior to picking us up. The tour itself, was very informative & thought provoking - it is certainly worth a visit. Our guide in Auschwitz was very knowledgeable and had time to answer all our questions.

    Prompt pick up at hotel by Patrick who was very pleasant. Booked packed lunch as advised by previous reviews. £9 ea and well worth it. Food to buy at camp didn't look the best and time is limited between going from 1 to the other. Visit is thought provoking , to say the least. So hard to comprehend the atrocities that took place there on such a massive scale. Haunting collections of belonging left by those who lost their lives . Guide was very informative. Head sets used in Auschwitz( which was better) but not Berkinau so sometimes missed what was bring said if you near to back of group. A must see if you visit Krakow but very moving and extremely sad.

    Booked this trip via trip advisor we were picked up at the hotel. Transferred via minivan to Auswitz. we had an English speaking tour guide called Simon who was fantastic. The camps are as you would expect. Extremely sad what occurred here and i for one never want to forget. The transfer and experience was very smooth. defintley recommend using these guys.

    Once you are interested in this trip - you would have known what the place is about reading/seeing the information on books/internet and such. But the feeling is more touching when you get there in real. It is emotionally bruising. Talking about the service from trip organiser- was on time pick up as advised by them the day before (on Whatsapp), carrier was taxi (8 passengers and 1 driver), much economical than other companies with big bus. I can vouch for this service for - on time from hotel pick up, exploring the places agreed and drop off back at Krakow. Thank you very much - Dziękuję- Daniel and team and lovely country of Poland.     Very emotional tour ,i just felt rushed all the time the guide was very knowledgeable but didnt give us time to look and read the plaques or any time just to take in what she had just said .If you was at the back you couldn't even look at the exhibit before she was moving on and saying everybody should stick together and then she was already in the next room .Really disappointed definitely needed more time i think for this tour .

    Me and my mum went to both camps within this tour and it was an incredible day. Driver was early which we didn’t mind and also very friendly. Guide was very informative and helpful but felt as if it was very much stop start stop start with the information given, but it’s to be expected with the sheer scale of ground to cover in the timeframe you get with the guide. Some parts within the camps me and my mum would have liked to have seen a bit more of but again with the amount of visitors and groups it’s understandable to keep to a tight schedule. Would highly recommend anyone to visit as this place should never be forgotten and as stated above the driver and guide were very friendly and helpful.

    This was a very well organised tour. Good communication especially as we had to change our pick up point from a different hotel. Small group. Tour and guide were excellent and clearly very personal to the tour guide. Packed lunch super value for money and recommended as very little time to grab food between the two camps. We would have preferred a bit longer between the two tours a there is little time to eat but accept this is dictated by the tour guides at the camps as you have the same guide for both tours. Overall highly recommended

    An unforgettable and enormously informative trip as a family with teen boys. Our driver, Conrad, was friendly and prompt at picking us up from our hotel, communication prior to the trip was excellent and packed lunch provided. The female tour guide at Auschwitz 1 and Birkenau was utterly compelling, explaining her own connection to the area and camps and educating us on what happened in the camps. Walking around the camps was a very moving experience, our teenage boys were transfixed and I would recommend this to absolutely anyone and everyone if they are able to visit.
