Only during this week Kinderdijk is open in the evening, and between 8 and 11 pm the 19 mills light up as beacons in the darkness (the sun sets late at night in Holland).The visit includes a boat ride, so let the skippers of Kinderdijk carry you across the glittering basin waters. Your tour guide will give you all sorts of interesting information. Before heading back you have some free time to explore the are on your own, to soak in the beautiful landscape and to take pictures of this special sunset in Kinderdijk.
