The gardens are simply beautiful. The transport is on first come first served basis so get to the Adam tower early. The parking spot is indeed close to the Keukenhof entrance. The 3 hours interval is a bit tight but if you miss the bus scheduled and there are places available you can catch a later bus.

We had a fabulous day, lots of people, but to be expected. The weather had been cold leading up to our visit so some tulips were not at their fullest but the large tulip greenhouse was spectacular with loads of varieties. We loved it, coach drivers and staff all lovely.

It was a fun trip, as we had a short ride to get the tickets on the ferry boat. Then you walk to office to redeem voucher for tickets. Best to do this early to get a good time. We spent 2 hours there and saw lots, some may wish longer. Bus ride back to drop off point was easy and about an hour ride. Back on the ferry and then we caught a tram to explore some more of the city.

Bus trip out to Keukenhof was fine. Met at the A'Dam meeting area, loaded the bus and off we went. About half full on the bus but is was March 27 so not a huge crowd headed to the gardens. Short trip as advertised. Short walk from parking lot. Keukenhof is huge. I can see there will be really large crowds when the outdoor tulips bloom. There were some outside but thousands in the buildings. Hundreds of colors and styles. More than you can ever imagine. Took a lot of pictures. There were plenty of bathrooms and eating/drinking stops along the route. A very beautiful place. I would say a must see when in Amsterdam. The Viator tour is the way to go. Print out voucher, get on the bus, view the tulips. A Great Day in the Netherlands.

Very nice tour and place to go see. I just wish they would have let us know that the tulips weren’t even up.

This tour is basically a round trip bus ride to the Keukenhof gardens from Amsterdam. The departure location was easy to find. The lookout tower in Amsterdam was interesting. It did give a nice elevated vantage point of view to the city and the river. The guide and driver were very pleasant and accommodating.

This was a fantastic tour of the gardens. Very easy to catch the bus. Ferry ride from the terminal-over to Adam tower-where bus was located. About a 45 minute ride to the gardens. The gardens are absolutely amazing. You will see about 4 indoor buildings where they have created flower arrangements as works of art. The rest of the outdoor gardens are equally amazing. We went during the last 5 days and there was still plenty to see. Worth going earlier if you want to see the field where they harvest the tulips-but plenty to see if you go later as well.

Unique place. We've never seen the beauty of nature on such a scale, although we had to use our imagination a lot because we went on the last day of the season and many fields were just stems. Recommend you go well before May 21 to really appreciate this Dutch icon.

Actually I was left by the Premium Tour Bus because I went to the toilet but I came back to the office and they gave me a new ticket with Hop On Hop Off Bus Keukenhof Tour with no guide. But that was OK as I still made it to the Keukenhof. The tulip park was so large and many kind of beautiful colors tulips. A'DAM Lookout Tower ticket only for photo from the tower to see the city of Holland. But if you wanna try the highest swing then you have to pay for EUR 5. I paid and tried the highest swing but too bad the swing officer couldn't help to take the pic of me because he didn't know how to turn on my DSLR camera. It was disappointed because I won't pay more for another swing for EUR 5 again because I have to get out of there and join for Hop On Hop Off Boat and Bus Tour.

Excellent trip to see the fantastic Keukenhof gardens. The gardens were lovely although the last day they were open and many of the tulips had by now disappeared. It was worth it even though many flowers had been and gone. We will probably re-visit around the end of April next time.

This was very easy to use and the multiple hours for boarding were nice, as it allowed me to sleep in that day. Just a short tram ride to the Central Train Station and then walk to the free ferry for a short trip to the Lookout Tower. Everyone was helpful! Three hours is more than enough time to enjoy! The gardens are beautiful, but sad that they can't stay in bloom all year! The coaches are comfortable and clean. Viator easily beat the price of our cruise tour option comparing with fellow cruisers, the same quality.

Perfect for those that prefer to do their own thing rather than be tied into the traditional excursion. We simply took the ferry across from Amsterdam central to A'dam Lookout, collected our tickets and got on the bus. Lovely driver, commentary and video. Easy and queue free entry into the gardens which were breathtakingly beautiful. after a fabulous day exploring the gardens, we simply boarded another bus back to A'dam. Competely hassle free! We are not fans of excursions which seem to spend hours collecting and delivering people from various pick up points, having to follow a guide with some novelty item above their heads, being herded around en masse. We much prefer the freedom to come and go as we please and take as much time as we want, so this trip was absolutely perfect for us.

Really enjoyed the trip which ran like clockwork .Enjoyed the quick trip across the canal and it was good that the bus picked us up from the Adam Tower because we were straight out of Amsterdam with no traffic holdups. Keukenhof was amazing and was flower heaven and even though it rained we felt another hour there would have been just right. We were guaranteed a bus back after 3 hours but felt another hour would have been better. We weren't particularly impressed about the Adam Tower just looking at it from the outside but after the trip to Keukenhof we went up to the top of the tower and really enjoyed the view and a lovely coffee and cake watching Amsterdam canal life which was welcome after walking around Keukenhof. A good reasonably priced trip.
