Taking your freediving course in the cenotes is an amazing way to get to know the area from a unique point of view, you'll go to places out of the beaten path avoiding big crowds and getting to see the magic of the Mayan world. They are not only beautiful but also present us the ideal conditions to learn to freedive. Visibility in the cenotes and caverns is only limited by the quality of your vision, it presents no currents or surface motion.
Our Freediving Level 1 Course is a two days experience. We’ll take you through a journey of discovering how you are able to hold your breath and relax to feel comfortable in the water depths. Both days we’ll go over the theory and water sessions we’ll introduce you to the different disciplines of freediving.
