Such a wonderful tour and VERY good value! We learned so much thanks to Rey. And had a smooth journey thanks to Carlos. It was a great order - going to Chichen Itza first, then to lunch and to cool off in the Cenote before stopping in Valladolid where tequila tasting was a nice added bonus. The lunch was a buffet. Food tasted good and you could go up for seconds. Definitely bring a waterproof camera for the Cenote. HOWEVER BE WARNED - at the Cenote you have to rent life jackets and lockers. This was expected and cost $150 pesos but they took my card and overcharged me $350 pesos which I only noticed after checking my bank balance. Make sure you get the receipt to check instantly or get them to show you the amount - rookie error on my part. Would have loved to have a little bit longer in Valladolid as it looked like an interesting city but only had 15 mins after the tequila tasting. Also if the coach could drop off in Tulum on the way back to Playa that would be good in future too. -

The tour was really great, well organised and our guide Tino was brilliant, very funny and had jokes throughout the very long day to keep us going. Gave us loads of history and information on the Mayans in the bus which helped when we got to Chichén itza as we could have information on the specific buildings and demonstrations. Tino picked shady parts to do his explanations which was helpful as it was very hot even in November. We had 1 hour guiding and had another hour to wander round ourselves which was perfect. Lunch was ok and plentiful and ceynote was very pretty and well organised with changing rooms and steps with rails (have to hire a life vest 50MXP as noted in other reviews). The village wasn’t really a necessary stop but ok. All together a great trip with a great guide. -

You can get cheaper souvenirs from lots of other stands by haggling. I enjoyed the tour guide Luis and I liked the views and the lagoon and the mayan culture. It was funny and informative. -

Great tour. Luis teaches “Sin parar” and really knows so much. It wouldn’t have been the same with another tour guide. Loved the stop at the cenote and colonial town as well. Great day for our family! -

We had a great time with Tino. He had great knowledge and perspective on Mayan history. If you're looking for a package deal, he's a great option. The food we had was great, the excursions we're well organized. Manage your time well to explore the different parts of Chichen Itza. -

Tino was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and made our Chichen Itza experience unforgettable. The bus was new and comfortable, and Rene was an excellent driver. Would recommend this trip to anyone interested in a balance of education and leisure. Very interesting historical information and plenty of time to enjoy the sights, shops, food, etc. on your own. -

We were picked up at 7:20 am. It was a really great experience and good organisation. Our guide Tino had a good knowledge about the maya. The ride to chichen itza is about 3 hours. After 2 hours staying there, he took us to a Cenote to have lunch and the possibility to swim. The last stop was in Valladolid, a cozy little historic city with a beautiful church and park. We only stayed for 30 minutes so there was no time to explore the city more. Nevertheless I fully recommend this tour and I can only say thank you to our guide Tino! -
