Hands-on Experience Authentic Sushi Course Dishes

You will make 3 kinds of Sushi (Nigiri Sushi, Gunkan Maki, and Rolled Sushi) in this 2.5 hours hands-on experience at the professional cooking studio! This class also gives you how to make traditional Japanese soup stock ‘Dashi’ that contains a lot of Umami, and make miso soup from it.
The location is usually open as a Japanese restaurant for the local people, so there is enough space for every participant. However, the class is limited to a small group of up to 14 people, and depends on the number of the participants, one or more instructors will be assigned to the class so that the instructor can pay personalized attention for each participant.
You will learn not only how to make sushi but also experience making miso soup, rolled egg for sushi, and Yakitori chicken skewered. This would definitely be one of the most unforgettable experiences in your trip to Osaka!
