You will make 9 tempura (Shrimp, vegetables, and mixed veggie tempura) in this 2.5 hours hands-on experience at the professional cooking studio! This class also gives you how to make traditional Japanese soup stock called ‘Dashi’ in Japanese that contains a lot of Umami, then make tempura dipping sauce and clear soup from it.

The location is usually open as a Japanese restaurant for the locals, so there is enough space for every participant. However, the class is limited to a small group of up to 14 people, and depends on the number of the participants, one or more instructors will be assigned to the class so that the instructor can pay personalized attention for each participant.

You will learn not only how to make tempura but also experience making osuimono (clear soup), and namasu (pickled veggie salad). This would definitely be one of the most unforgettable experiences in your trip to Osaka!
