This tour was really amazing and took us to a lot of the little islands we wouldn't otherwise get to see. It was very difficult to find the correct place to meet the tour at, but, even though we were running late, they still waited for us. We had a really great time at the glass blowing factory and would recommend this tour to anyone! It's also a great tour to do a some shopping for gifts!

Unfortunately, due to circumstances on my trip, a situation arose such that I was unable to take this tour. I am writing this review to thank Viator for being so understanding and stepping beyond their responsibility to do what they did to assist in resolving my situation. I had taken earlier several other Viator tours in Venice which were enjoyable, informative, and the groups were quickly brought together as if they known each other from the same home neighborhood! I cannot recommend Viator enough for making my Venice trip a roaring success! Thank you, Viator.

It was an interesting tour, The glass works was very interesting. The only drawback is there isn't enough time in each place!

Although the boat was rather large with over 100 people it was very efficient and people were able to see these three islands which was a nice break from the chaos in Venice in July and August. Be aware that these islands are not close by and do take about 20 minutes to go from island to island -- so not that much time on the actual islands themselves.

The tour was good but the time in each island was too short. The guide was incredible and super knowledgeable.
Our only bad experience was with Viator customer service representatives on the phone. We initially purchased 5 adult tickets but then decided to add 2 children. When we asked for this modification the first representative gave us attitude and hung up on us when we asked to speak to a supervisor. The second time we called, we were provided with a completely different price than what was advertised online. Eventually, we were told to just add the children the day of the tour. The pricing there was much lower than what we were told.
Again, the tour itself was great, just be careful with pricing.

Very good value for money. Only one option is provided for glass blowing at Murano, but the options and free time at the other locations was great.

There was not enough time to spend on each island; I was disappointed in Torcello and think this one could be omitted so that there would be more time to spend in Murano and Burano

we did this cruise and it was nice, nothing special, everything was in a hurry not much time to enjoy the islands themselves because of the itinerary,Murano was the best island as it had a lot to offer but again only 40 minutes there,it would be better to catch the ferry to the island in the morning and spend the day there for the same price.Overall it was a nice cruise for a few hours.

Boat was lovely, but not enough time to really explore any of the islands once there. Murano was a demo and a shop, didn't get to go into town at all. Definitely convenient, and informative. I'd recommend just Burano and Murano, if you could spend more time in both places. Torcello was interesting, but again, not enough time to really get a good look at the church there.

A pleasant way to the have a quick look at the islands as most of your time is spent on the water. Not enough time alloted for strolling around each island.

Good price, it does extactly what it says on the tin but no more. This is the easiest way to see all three islands without hiring an expensive private boat, but stops are to short and it is definitely a water taxi not a tour if your english as the tour guide only speaks in Italian.

Not a great experience. Nothing much happening on the islands. Most of the cafes and shops closed. Tour guide provided little or no information.

Tour allowed 40 minutes at each island. Only Murano and Burano were worth visiting. Skip the factory they take you to and head out to the cities. You can do a trip to Murano and Burano on your own and have more time in each place.
