Amazing tour. We really enjoyed and I cannot recommend it enough. There is so much history and interesting facts in the Basilica that doing it w/o a guide can be a bit challenging. The only downside is that it’s pretty fast (only one hour) but the guide did recommend us to go back after the tour and admire the Basilica on our own rhythm. Overall great tour !

Katy was our guide for St. Peter’s basilica, our tour was in Spanish. Katy was excellent, she shared so much information in a way that was easy to follow and assimilate. I strongly recommend this guided tour, 50 minutes with lots of learnings

The Basilica was so beautiful and our guide was amazing! Unfortunately we forgot her name as we were in awe of the beauty and had two previous tours in the day, but she was fantastic! A guide is a must as you will learn so much! If you have time after the tour - you should spend time exploring more. So much beauty and history to see!

The inside of St Peter's Basilica is amazing and Sarah, our guide, was funny and informative. Well worth the visit. Visitors still need to queue up for the security checkpoints so allow plenty of time.

We were in the queue for police checks and entrance more than 2 hours before our slot as we'd seen how busy it was the day before. As our time slot approached we spoke to the police about moving up the queue so we didn't miss the tour but there's no way around the police checks and certainly no separate entrance for pre booked tours. Entrance to the Basilica is free. Next time I'd queue, get free entrance and hire an audio guide. Total waste of money. Not recommended in any way

Our guide was amazing, he showed us the most interesting points about the basilica, he was also very friendly and answered any questions the group had. The tour itself took around an our and then you were free to explore the church yourself which we enjoyed as we went down to the grottos. We had a great time on the tour and would definitely book again.

Terrible, left within three minutes. Two many guided tours within the Basilica , jostled and pushed. Could not understand the guide too much noise around , tour size too many. Having waited in a queue for half an hour prior to entering security check it was a great disappointment. The only day we could attend so it was ruined.

We had the best guide in the world! 😊 Amazing experience! 🙏🏻 The guide knows how to make the visit really interesting! Beyond that the church is marvelous by itself!

It was not obvious at first on how to find the desk but the staff was accommodating (we got a later time tour). I think that when you visit such a place, get a guided tour - you would be missing far too much otherwise. The guide was nice and answering our questions ... we had a good time.

This tour was very informative and worthwhile. The tour operator rescheduled us to another tour when we missed our scheduled time. They were extremely helpful and easy to work with.

Excellent tour, with excellent guide who gave very interesting descriptions and history with perfect diction and clarity. Would have given overall rating of excellent for the experience had it not been for great difficulty and too much time to find the desk to check in - your instructions to find it on our ticket were insufficient - they need to be much more explicit given the large size of place, large crowds, and ignorance of the existence of the desk on the part of all police and other Vatican personnel in the plaza; also, the desk was NOT white in color as stated on your ticket instructions.

Bad directions from you folks, no help getting in, nobody from your staff to meet us when we arrived. You were useless and l want a refund.

The church itself was astounding and your guide was great, but there are just things the tickets do not convey well. First this is NOT a skip the line ticket. The tour guide meets you inside after a tremendously long line- about 45 minutes. If that part had been in the description, it would have been perfect. Also, bring your own bottle for water- it was so hot and Italy used natural fountains for its water. There is nowhere to buy it.

Awful. Arrived at the Basilica at 3pm to allow for queues. Still in queue at 4.30 which was the tour time. Instructions on where to meet are really poor and assume you will get inside the Basilica to meet up. I feel ripped off and exploited. Never made it to the tour.

We were even able to get into basilica . The instruction was not clear . The queue is so long that there is no way to get in. We hope to get a refund. We emailed for the refund and no one responded

St. Peter’s is the most exquisite cathedral we’ve ever visited…….even more than the ones on the Danube and the Rhine…..
