Join us at Ca'Lore and we will be very happy to get you involved in our cooking tradition! A three-hour hands-on lesson to discover wonderful typical Italian dishes.
We will prepare the "Polenta Concia", a very popular and ancient preparation made by the traditional polenta flour, cheese and butter;
the traditional Milanese Risotto, the saffron based one and you will learn how to cook it properly;
the Milanese "Cotoletta", a veal breaded cutlet fried in butter.
You will learn to prepare them from scratch and step by step so that you will be able to replicate everything at home!
You will have the recipes, the apron for the class and all the tools needed.
