We are two professional personal chefs and we run our own small business company in catering since 3 years in Milan. We love sharing our traditional recipes and all the stories and the culture behind each italian food; the recipes you will learn are all our family recipes, with professional tips included.
During this hands- on class you will learn easily, step by step, how to prepare the best italian food. You will taste a real old milanese atmosphere in a traditional milanese building (ringhiera), a cozy apartment in the heart of the lovely, artistic Isola neighborhood.
