Winery visit and tasting in ancient cellar. Guided visit of the castle, vineyards and the ancient wine cellars with explanation of the disciplinary of the Chianti Classico and its winemaking techniques. Introduction to Tuscan Olive Oil, tree varietals, picking and pressing techniques. Tasting of 4 estate red wines and 3 different olive oils.
