During this 2 and half-hour class, limited to 8/10 participants, you are guaranteed one-on-one interaction with your cooking instructor. Learn how to form and fill traditional of stuffed pasta, how to prepare the main kind of dough for filled pastas and best ways to pair with its own delectable sauce.
Even if it is a JOIN class, we will choose the menu together based on the tastes of the participants.

Sometimes we'll even make the cheese for our preprations, really all from scratch.
The chef has great experience with the North American and European market so she can advise you on what to buy at home.
Others brim with fillings of cheese, braised meat, amazing vegetables or fish, organic, seasonal and locally-sourced.
