After a 45-minute drive, you will reach a family-run oil mill, now an international company exporting its extra-virgin olive oil and flavoured oils. After the guided tour, you will taste different types of extra-virgin olive oil.

Afterwards, you will head-on into a renown winery with its own olive, almond groves and cherry orchards.
After the guided tour of the wine canteen, where you will learn everything about Apulian winemaking, you will taste 4 different wines and some snacks (taralli, olives, almonds).

Lunch or dinner in a traditional farmhouse can be added upon request (30€ per person).
