Masada is amazing, both for its sad history and its outstanding views of the Dead Sea. The springs and waterfalls of Ein Gedi are beautiful. This is also where David and his men were hiding as King Saul was hunting him to kill him. I Samuel 24. Floating in the Dead Sea is unforgettable. Our guide, Merona, was terrific - humorous, friendly, and informative. -

Bus was late by more than 1/2 hour, yet we were told to hurry and be on time. Bad way to start off. Bus was clean and comfortable. The guide was really nice. Good Experience and a really nice trip. ONE VERY IMPORTNT FACT...AT ALL LOCATIONS , WE HAD TO PAY FOR OUR OEN ENTRANCE FEES. .Everyone thought it was included and some of the younger travlers did not have enough money. MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE AWARE THAT THE TRIP FEE ONLY INCLUDED THE BUS RIDE AND NO ENTRANCE FEES OR FOOD. -

The guide was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We were given just the right amount of time at each location for things not to get too boring, but also not to lose their excitement. Perfectly scheduled. -

A bit of a late start, but once we got going, the going was good. Stopped for a short bathroom/coffee break, then headed to Ein Gedi. Guide was specific and gave us time to do things on our own or join him. Loved the hike to David Falls….and would love to just go and hike this area on own! Guide answered all our questions re the area and its history.on to Masada, the 2d movie and cable ride up where he gave us a rather brief but good tour. On to the Dead Sea private beach…quite the set up. I had already been to the Dead Sea on Jordan side, but the stop was nice…tho rather commercial but good facilities (as they should be for the price). All in all a brief but good tour. Only complaint is that for the price, at least one of the admissions should have been included! -

Terrific guide. The hike at Ein Gedi is lovely but definitely not for elderly or people with balance or vision issues. Comfortable coach for the trip. The hotel where they pick you up won’t let you use their bathroom and there is no lavatory on the bus so keep this in mind -

The waterfall at Ein Gedi was amazing! Seeing the ibex there was a treat. The cable car up to Masada was fun and the views from the site was memorable. -

Our guide was clear with the knowledge, friendly and very dedicated to the group. I would definitely recommend this organisation to anyone travelling to Israel. -

The trip was worthwhile overall. Our guide “Merona” was very good. Three things needed improvement; 1) There were three buses departing for various locations at the Citadel David hotel. The buses had no markings and it was very difficult to know which bus to get on. 2) The seal was broken on the window by our seats. The window was completely fogged up and we could not see out of our window. We missed much of the scenery. 3) The speaker did not work on the bus for the first third of the trip. We could not hear many of the important announcements. -

We had this tour, 10-2-23, for Masada din gedi and the Dead Sea, the tour started on time and the driver Sammy was a really cool and funny guy he started the day by explaining a bit of history. Then we met Manny our tour guide of the day that he was really good , on time and we basically see everything. He was really available and nice to every one! A really good job to both of you :) -

Our guide was great, very knowledgeable with a touch of humour. Wonderful to see Ein Gedi and Masada. Kalia beach unfortunately not the best place to visit the dead sea, but if you're short of time then I guess this would suit. My main suggestion would be that they include entrance fees in the initial price so that on the day there is less hassle over everyone finding the correct change to give to the guide. Other than that a very well run tour! -

We had a great day trip with an excellent guide. We learnt so much about the history of the country - and also enjoyed our float in the Dead Sea -

Our Masada, Ein Gedi and Dead Sea tour was amazing!!!. We loved it. The tour guide was friendly and accommodating. Stops had refreshments/food and toilet facilities which was very convenient as we were with kids. Unfortunately, due to once in a while rain event and expected flash flooding at Ein Gedi we couldn't hike up to King David's falls and also had to cut short our Masada walking tour but, on the whole, it was still fantastic.!!! -

Really mediocre. The trip left late, returned late, and left multiple people behind at our final destination. The guide was scatterbrained and not particularly organizationally capable. On top of that, we barely got any time at Masada or the Dead Sea. They skipped Ein Gedi entirely and took the long way to Masada, so we wound up spending twice as much time in transit as we did at the sites. It was just…mediocre. Really resoundingly mediocre. I was thoroughly unimpressed. Give another tour a try. -

Canceled on us last minute. We were at the David Citadel when we found out that they had canceled on us. We ended up with no tour and no refund. How can anyone say that they do a good job? Larry Goldstein -

This is a great tour for the sights, but the organisation could be a lot better. You will not regret your visit to these areas but it can be a little bit chaotic at times. The groups are also quite large. The Dead Sea is only a small portion of this tour so if it’s your main destination I would recommend a different tour. This tour is great for Masada and Ein Gedi in particular. -

Amir our tour guide for this trip was amazing, joyful, tried to make all on the tour feel relaxed. His knowledge and explanations about these ancient places going back down the history path were clear and he took the time to address different viewpoints and questions. There is lots to see and understand, Amir managed to keep us all on track without feeling rushed. Thanks for your passion and wonderful stories. Carmen and Dumitru -

All went roughly to time - a lot of trips starting from the same point but enough staff were on hand to organise us. The guide - Eugene I think - was very clear in his explanations of Masada and different viewpoints on the history, without bogging us down with too much detail. He judged it just right. The fact that we were out of season made Masada more manageable without big crowds. Ein Gedi was quite a short stop - an hour - and I'd have preferred more time to explore there than the Dead Sea, but I'd visited the sea before. -

Amazing day that covered all the best places on the way to the Dead Sea which are all well worth the visit (Masada especially!). Totan was an excellent guide, so knowledgable and friendly. What a great day! Thank you! -

We were really looking forward to the trip and feel very let down for a number of reasons. 1. We were told to arrive promptly as the tour always left on time. We left an hour late because the tour operator was collecting payment from people for the attractions. 2. We made a pointless stop just 20 minutes into the trip to allow travellers to have a coffee and breakfast. The stop was just 20 minutes and barely allowed a coach full of tourists any time to do anything meaningful. It was clearly an attempt to maximise income for a partner. 3. On the way to Masada the coach mysteriously lost a wing mirror and we spent another 20 minutes patrolling along the coast road looking for it. 4. At Masada, the organisation by our tour guide was shambolic. He clearly had no idea how to manage a group, had no clue how many people were in his group and took way longer than necessary to do things. The actual tour was dreadful, the guide repeated himself needlessly and spent ages at sites explaining things that the introductory video had already covered in detail. We saw less than half of the site because of his appalling organisation and he ignored repeated pleads from numerous travellers to get a move on as people were concerned we would have no time at En Gedi and the Dead Sea. 3. En Gedi - we had less than 30 minutes due to the previous appalling time keeping. It looked like it could have been really interesting but we will never know.it was closing as we arrived. 4. Kalia Beach, Dead Sea. Same problems as above. We had just an hour to enjoy a swim and entrance took 15 minutes. No chance to enjoy a drink or food or look in the shops. Overall, hugely disappointing. Thankfully we had a much more positive experience with the company in Jerusalem so can only assume this was a guide issue. -

Very well put tour. Not too heavy and not too tiring. The Dead Sea is an amazing experience! I recommend. -

In all honesty, I can't believe this company hasn't been closed by the authorities yet. Worst ever experience in my life. What these people did is they left us with our children in the desert, without any fault on our part. We are finalizing with our lawyers the report to the prosecutor's office. This has to stop somehow.
