The Disney and train tickets must be collected the day before or the same day of the activity. A identity card is required.

    Do not book Disneyland Paris through Viator. The tickets are picked up at a non-descriptive location. The beautifully painted Disney bus is false advertising. You actually take a subway train to the park. You are not apart of a tour group. This tour should not be offered, it’s a total scam.

    It was Disneyland Paris what else can you say you must experience Disneyland when you're in Paris it was a great train ride to get there and a lovely day spent there definitely different than the ones in the US

    Wasn't sure what to expect considering the reviews and that I'm not a big Disney fan. My group and I arrived and we enjoyed the beautiful park and attractions. The parade brought out the inner child in us but I was disappointed not to see any characters walking around. At first sight, the park is very outdated in comparison to American them parks in Orlando and California. Staff were extremely friendly. Big shoutout to Maelle at the carousel who helped retrieve my cell phone that fell in between the space of the floorboards! It's worth a visit if you have children and can make room for the activity.

    The subway ride to Disneyland Paris was easy to get there. The amusement park was small compared to Disneyland in CA and Disney World in Florida. I got my special Disney Paris Mickey Ears, a sweatshirt and pin. I did not get on that many rides, The lines were long to get on rides. This was my first time to Disneyland in Paris. I will not go again.

    The park was mainly made up of shops selling the same product. No variety in the shows.. such expensive food which was totally poor quality. Cold French fries served on a cold day. Ques to get into any place to eat or sit down. 40 min que to take a picture with a dancing Mickey mouse..actually such a bad experience... I hated it.. even my kids were so unimpressed. I cannot believe the expensive trip and poor quality is disney... improvements must be done...

    stayed here for 4 nights late Sep. We originally booked Sequoia Lodge for last May but between that booking and the 4 re-books taking us to now, Sequoia was closed and we got a free upgrade - going from 3* to 4*. Newport was lovely, felt a bit busy with 3 other hotels closed but in reality it probably wasn't as busy as it could be at peak. Everyone was masked everywhere unless in their rooms, eating or in the pool. Hand sanitiser everywhere and extra cleaning. It felt very safe (our pre-departure and day 2 tests were negative so testament to the measures in

    I gave Magic Ways a 4 because they were great to quickly arrange for alternate transportation during the ongoing transportation strike/protests. Having to go to their offices to get a voucher to get on the bus was inconvenient - not sure why that couldn’t have been done by email. Then we were told several times when we got on the buses that Disneyland was open until 6:30/WD Studios until 12 so we planned our rides around those times. Turns out Disneyland closed at 4:30 due to a special event so we were unable to ride several rides. Would have been nice if they actually knew what times the parks closed! Also, even though the park was open until midnight the last bus left at 8pm - if we wanted to stay later it was up to us to find our own way back. We had a great day at the parks but some fine tuning is needed.

    Here's the deal: buying your Disney tickets ahead of time makes total sense. It's easy, straightforward, right here in the TripAdvisor app. However, when it says "electronic tickets", that's a total lie, and once you realize that, it's too late and you can't regret your purchase. Because the "download your ticket" link takes you to a voucher and a physical address where you have to pick up your very physical tickets, before you can embark on your trip to Disneyland. That's really annoying and just dishonest. We were lucky to live relatively close and only had to get up an hour earlier to make it there on time and to pick up our tickets when they opened their store at 9 am. Why not just one star? Because the people working at the office were super friendly and extremely helpful and efficient. I feel bad for the bad rating, but it's just dishonest to advertise things as something it isn't just isn't right. I'll review the park separately.

    The overall view of the park is great, the staff very friendly however it was too crowded for us to enjoy this park. There were not enough rides for the amount of people. You had to buy extra "Fast lane tickets" to make it to the ride and for that you had to wait for 2-3 hours to get on. We waited in line for one ride - after 45 min one had to go to the toilette. There was still a long line in front of us about another 45 min waiting. We decided that it was not worth the waiting time and did not make it even for one ride. That was very sad for the children. We did enjoy the shows. However after the show there was no space in any restaurant. Long long lines - we finally had lunch around 3p.m. Good thing we brought some snacks along. The evening show was lovely.

    Disney express? I don’t think so. Step 1, find an obscure office location...Step 2 its actually deserted even though you printed the address this morning. Step 3 make a phone call and get directed to an office 10 minutes walk away on the 6th Floor. No apologies as they blamed Viator. What a waste of time and money

    The trip with train was nice and quick. Rollercoasters were fun. I would recommend eating at the disney planet, the food is better and cheaper. All in all, it was a superb visit and a must go when in Paris.

    Super easy way to get to Disneyland and the metro stations are so well signed with Mickey ears! So great to walk past the queue when you arrive and get straight onto having fun!

    This Disneyland park is super small - and every line we went to had a minimum of a 45-min wait. I was forewarned by others that had gone, but decided to try it myself for our 9-year old. Definitely not worth the money - and not enough rides/attractions for a not-so-little kid - I mean, he's well beyond teacup rides and its a small world. If you've never been to any Disney park, and either don't mind the wait, or catch it at a time when the lines are small, then you may not mind it. But if you've been to Disney World in Orlando, you'll be disappointed with this version.

    I was so glad I went ahead and booked this tour. The Disney office to pick up your tickets is easily located in Paris and the woman we dealt with was amazing. She gave us directions on how to get to Disneyland from our hotel and it was so simple. I enjoyed going to Disneyland this way, rather than with a tour group, because we were able to go when we wanted and leave when we wanted. My husband and I are avid Disney fans, we knew Disneyland Paris was not going to be like Disney World but we loved it and had a blast!

    We were able to have our tickets delivered to our hotel for a small fee, saving us time on a very busy arrival day. The ease of the metro to the train to Disneyland was ok the metro during the week is VERY crowded but we were also able to take a taxi to the train for 6 eurosThe RER A train delivers you basically at the door.

    So convenient having park tickets and Metro cards in advance. This is totally the way to go! Who wants to wait in line at the gate to purchase tickets? Not me.
