    Mohammed was wonderful. He gave us information about Cairo on way to hotel. His English is excellent. He was waiting with a sign for us. They gave us each a bottle of water before we left airport. I would high recommend using this company. They are going to transfer us to our second hotel to start our avalon tour./ River cruise. If we weren’t already on a prepaid tour I would use them

    My family and I were supposed to be picked up at the Cairo airport on 13 FEB. No one was there. I tried to call and text, both through cell phone and Whatsapp and no one answered. Due to this I tried for two days to cancel my following pick up on 15 Feb, but the Viator website would freeze every time I tried to cancel it. By the time it worked, it was within the time limit for cancellation. All in all I lost over $100 due to Viator and the tour company that was supposed to pick me up. I will never use them again.

    While Uber is plentiful and cheap in Cairo, we opted to order a car to pick us up so we didn’t have to figure out how to manage it on our way in. Also having a guide to advise us on the way into town was worth it - an Uber driver would’ve been silent. Mohammed was our guide and he was right outside the exit just as the tour email said he would be. Having someone with a sign makes it very easy and you can decline all the other taxi drivers who are trying to get your business. On the drive in, he pointed out landmarks, gave us history, tips about Cairo and even told us to avoid juices with ice in the market (bc of upset stomachs). Also explained to us that tipping is everywhere in Cairo, that everyone will ask for a tip and that you are only obliged to do so if you feel like you had good service.

    There is so much to see on the drive and the history of the city is very extensive. Having a tour guide during the drive was incredible. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and definitely recommend them to others!

    Booked the more expensive mini van version, but had to sit in a tiny old car. No one waiting in front of the arrival hall and we had to call the company and wait for 20 minutes. Then there was a tour guide sitting next to the driver trying form a nice conversation and provide some travel advice which we didn't ask for, and asked us for tipping in the end. Just terrible scammers.

    Our driver was very communicative. Our group of six got off of the flight and he had already text to let me know that he was waiting outside. He was holding a sign so we easily found him and then he called the driver of the van to drive around to come pick us up and then drove us to our hotel along the Nile. Great value for the price!

    Excellent service. We were met at the airport exit in the early morning hours upon arrival. Our guide led us to the vehicle which was clean and well maintained. He and the driver dropped us at our hotel as requested. Very safe and punctual. Highly recommend.

    My What’s app wasn’t working right away and we arrived early so I wasn’t sure where to meet our driver but I was fortunate that my picture was on What’s app so the driver found us and we had a good ride to our hotel. I would say to be aware you should tip both the driver and the guide with him separately which I did not think about but was told later. Usually the diver is tipped less than the guide.

    EXCELLENT SERVICE! My plan was an hour late. Going through customs takes times. Then I stopped inside the CAI airport to exchange currency. With everything being said I was running 2 hours later than the requested time. THE DRIVER WAS THERE WITH A SIGN WITH MY NAME ON IT STILL! This is AMAZING. I was so worried for nothing. The driver was patient, understanding, and super helpful. I was picked up from CAI airport and drove an hour to my hotel. I traveled with a family/ small children. They are very organize, and communicate great, and I have booked other experiences with them.
