Stop At: Al Rifai Mosque, Cairo Egypt

Then Followed by another big famous Mosque Which is Al-Rifa’i Mosque The building is located opposite the Mosque-Madrassa of Sultan Hassan, which dates from around 1361, and was architecturally conceived as a complement to the older structure. This was part of a vast campaign by the 19th century rulers of Egypt to both associate themselves with the perceived glory of earlier periods in Egypt‘s Islamic history and modernize the city.

Stop At: Mosque and Madrasa of Sultan Hassan, Maydan Salah al-Din, Cairo 11511 Egypt

Then Followed by a visit to the Most and Biggest mosques in Cairo which is El Sultan Hassan Mosque that also known as `Madrasa El Sultan Hassan` that was founded by Sultan Hassan in 1356 A.D The Mosque-Madrassa of Sultan Hassan is a massive Mamluk era mosque and madrassa located near The Citadel in Cairo. Its construction began 757 AH/1356 CE with work ending three years later “without even a single day of idleness”. At the time of construction the mosque was considered remarkable for its fantastic size and innovative architectural components. Commissioned by a sultan of a short and relatively unimpressive profile, al-Maqrizi noted that within the mosque were several “wonders of construction”. The mosque was, for example, designed to include schools for all four of the Sunni schools of thought: Shafi’i, Maliki, Hanafi and Hanbali

Then drive to Al-Azhar Mosque in Cairo it`s also known as the mosque of the most resplendent is a mosque in Islamic Cairo in Egypt.Al-Mu'izz li-Din Allah of the Fatimid Caliphate commissioned its construction for the newly established capital city in 970. Its name is usually thought to allude to the Islamic prophet Muhammad's daughter Fatimah, a revered figure in Islam who was given the title az-Zahrā .the shining or resplendent one.It was the first mosque established in Cairo,a city that has since gained the nickname "the City of a Thousand Minarets

Stop At: Al-Hussein Mosque, 36 Al Mashhad Al Husseini, Cairo 11511 Egypt

End your day tour By a visit to El Hussein Mosque in Cairo .Hallowed mosque believed to be the burial site of the head of the prophet Muhammad's grandson.

Stop At: Khan Al-Khalili, Cairo Egypt

    Such gorgeous sites and areas you won't see anywhere else. Our tour guide Saeed was super friendly and welcoming and made us feel very comfortable. Gave us guidance and advice about Egypt in general to help us with our stay. He was very passionate about the sites Egypt and Islam which made the experience very enjoyable. He made us very comfortable as well as outsiders and explained everything very clearly to us and I learned so much from it and got amazing pictures!

    I can not express how great it was! Osama the driver and our tour guide Ahmed (Jackson) treated us like family the last day I actually felt sad to leave because of such great relationship.     Essam’s knowledge of the history of Cairo - in this case Islamic Cairo - and his enthusiasm to share that knowledge made this a wonderful and highly recommended tour. I came back to Cairo to see and learn more about the city other than ancient Egypt and pyramids. And this tour was exactly what I hoped for. Plus I had my first taste of Egyptian koshari.

    O Guia não nos proporcionou uma boa experiência nesse roteiro, apesar de as mesquitas serem muito bonitas. A todo tempo nos dizia para seguir em frente, não deixando apreciar os locais e dando pouquíssimo tempo para tirarmos fotos (parece que estava com pressa de ir embora). No final do roteiro, viu que estávamos insatisfeitos e também que a visitação acabaria bem antes do horário previsto para o passeio e daí começou a pedir pra gente tirar fotos dos locais, porém as principais visitações que eram na Citadela e Sultan Hassan Mosque já haviam passado. Uma pena pois tinha tudo para ser um dia muito agradável.
