My husband and I have purchased several Hop-On Hop-Off bus tickets all over the world. We are never disappointed and would not hesitate to recommend the service to others. The audio-guided tour is available in several languages. It is a great way to see the city while listening to the informative commentary. The routes and stops are always on or near tourist attractions. We have found the scheduled pick-up times to be on time and the drivers are very cordial and friendly. The driver hands out headphones when you get on the first time.

Fantastic Tour! Took us everywhere around the city and we hopped on and off many times for great pictures. There was very little waiting between busses, and we felt like there were many of the road for the number of tourist. Very pleasant day in Copenhagen with the family. I would definitely book another one next time I'm in town.

We were ready to see the city from the second level even if there was rain. We traveled around the city looking at all the sights. Then we took a second trip and got off the bus at the sights we wanted to see in depth, including the little mermaid. This was a great idea. There is so much to see.

The bus tour was interesting and enabled us to see many parts of the city.
The boat tour was excellent, seeing everything from the water was brilliant and the guide gave a good commentary. -

We did not get off to a good start with Red Bus HO-HO. The Little Mermaid Statue was within easy walking distance of where our cruise ship docked and we noticed on the Red Bus map that the Harbor Cruise, included with our ticket, had a stop there. So even though there was a light rain we decided to walk to the LM Statue and then catch the Boat. After waiting 45 minutes for the boat, well past the time posted at the dock, we called the Red Bus office only to be told that due to the rain the boat would not make that stop. We believe that fact could have been communicated better either in the brochure or at the stop. There was a Red Bus Stop not far away and once we got on a Bus the rest of the day, even in the rain, went well. For us, even though it rained our entire one day in Copenhagen, the Red Bus Hop-On-Hop-Off Bus went well. One driver, who we happen to have after several of our stops, was particularly helpful in giving us directions. We would recommend Red Bus HO-HO

We only had the one day to see Copenhagen, so it was the best way to have a snap-shot of the city. We wish there was even more descriptive narrative during the ride. So we give you a four star.

The trip was enjoyable and saved me walking around. We saw all the major highlights and listened on our earphones to an informative narrator. The weather was just gorgeous, so we have lots of good photos.

Good value. Didn't like having to switch buses at the end of each tour route and the long break at Little Mermaid was unnecessary. Buses varied greatly in modernity and two of the headphones jacks that I tried were not operable.

Wasted Money. Basically, everything is reachable on foot. Not much to learn from their audio guide as well.
