Over 50 years typical working day in Croatia was - 7 to 3. Blue collar workers and clerks rushed out around 11am to get something warm in their stomach. For locals such simple warm meal was - 'Gablec' in continental Croatia or 'Marenda' in costal Croatia, in rest of the world it's - Brunch. 'Gablec' and 'Marenda' culture is still there! So, let's taste traditional dalmatian and continental Croatian brunch together, but before that we should mingle around and see all fresh seasonal ingredients and products at the Zagreb farmer's market (Dolac).
