Rastoke Village

 

Just the name of Rastoke says that something is breaking up here and that is the river Slunjčica, which flows into the Korana River through travertine rocks, and in its course through Rastoke. They create many small lakes, rapids and waterfalls, the most famous of which are Buk, Hrvoje and Vilina hair. In holes of otter travertine live an otter, which returned after a long break in large numbers.
