Klosterneuburg hike for small group (day trip, 4 hrs walking time)

 

This pleasant and varied hike starts very close to Vienna, at the charming little village of Weidling, belonging to Klosterneuburg. The area is characterised by vineyards, forests and includes some nice views over Vienna. It shows the typical Wienerwald features with ancient oak trees and beeches, mixed with free surfaces.

We will make a break for either lunch at an inn in the forest or early dinner at a traditional Heurigen in Weidling (optional).
